If you mainly need a shared board, Trello may already cover your needs. Evaluate OptimusDesk when a board is one part of a wider customer workflow. Your existing Trello automations and Power-Ups need a separate review before any move.

Before you compare prices

Price the setup you actually need.

Trello offers Free and paid plans, with paid subscriptions priced per user. Compare the plan and Power-Ups you need with OptimusDesk’s access terms, user/workspace limits, AI credits and optional products. A lifetime Core offer does not include every add-on or usage charge.

Check taxes, billing period, user counts, optional products, usage limits and payment-processing fees. Current provider pricing and checkout terms take precedence.

Questions before you choose.

Is OptimusDesk a Trello alternative?

For customer-focused task and project work, it is an option to evaluate. Trello remains relevant for teams that want boards, flexible templates and their existing Power-Ups. Choose against your actual workflow.

Can Trello be used as a CRM?

Yes. Trello publishes CRM use cases and describes board templates and CRM Power-Ups. OptimusDesk approaches this with dedicated customer records connected to other business tools.

Will my boards and automations transfer automatically?

No automatic Trello migration is promised here. Confirm how you will preserve cards, attachments, comments, dates and Power-Up data before switching. Test one project before moving the rest.
